Ensemble Health Partners, a national revenue cycle management provider headquartered in Huntersville, NC, announced plans to expand its presence and create 1,100 new jobs in a new 300,000-square-foot facility in Greater Cincinnati, according to Judson Ivy, chief executive officer, Ensemble Health Partners.
"The access to top talent, central U.S. location and affordable lifestyle and business environment that southwest Ohio offers are very attractive," Ivy said. "Ensemble Health Partners specializes in innovative revenue cycle solutions, and we are excited to be a part of the entrepreneurial ecosystem in Greater Cincinnati."
The quality of life and historical culture of wellness that the region offers were important factors as well.
Ensemble Health Partners has experienced exponential growth over the last several years and the organization is committed to growing its presence in Greater Cincinnnati.
"We set out with the goal in mind to find a location that would best position us for continued growth, while ensuring we can continue to innovate and deliver the exceptional results our current and future clients expect from our team," said Shannon White, Senior Vice President, Ensemble Health Partners.
Ensemble Health Partners conducted a thorough national search to find the right partners to help identify locations in the Cincinnati market that would fit their needs. JobsOhio and the Regional Economic Development Initiative (REDI) Cincinnati were the optimal choice.
New Location to Create a Culture of Collaboration
Ensemble Health Partners established a Cincinnati satellite office in Deerfield Township, Ohio in 2016. The organization will continue its growth in Deerfield Township in 2017, and anticipates building a 300,000+-square-foot campus in Greater Cincinnati to house an initial commitment of 1,100 new employees and a state-of-the-art training center, with room to accommodate planned growth. The company also plans to continue to operate from its Huntersville, NC offices.
Site selection and completion of the facility development are contingent upon the approval of state and local incentives, which are being finalized now. Ensemble Health Partners anticipates completion of the project in 2019.
