Through continued growth with current partners, and new business opportunities, the expansion of a second center is needed. L&S TeleServices is adding a second location that has 4,000 square feet, which will hold between 50 and 100 additional team members, with the opportunity to expand beyond that. The South Dakota Governor’s Office of Economic Development and Arlene Curry of Century 21, assisted in obtaining the space. After looking at seven different communities throughout South Dakota, L&S TeleServices decided on the North Sioux City location because of the hiring opportunities in the community and the ability to expand more within the new building.

Many of L&S TeleServices partners have seen rapid growth in the health care, manufacturing, retail and technical support industries over the past year. L&S TeleServices is excited about the expansion because it will allow them to continue to provide world class customer service solutions to their partners across the United States as they continue to expand. Joel Sylvester, Chief Sales & Marketing Officer at L&S TeleServices, stated:

“Over the past 28 years, our partners from around the United States, are seeing the value in utilizing our team for their customer service needs. The second location will make sure we are large enough to meet all of our clients’ needs but will remain small enough to give them the custom interaction that they deserve. As we grow into this new market, we are excited to participate in local events and charities to make sure we are investing in the future of the North Sioux City community.”

L&S TeleServices will start the recruiting process for the second center on July 6, 2015 with the first training class on July 27th. Troy Holt, Chief Operating Officer of L&S TeleServices, said: “We are always looking for ways to improve the customer experience. Adding an additional location in a new market gives us the opportunity to launch larger projects by tapping into the two different job markets. By opening a call center in North Sioux City, we will be able to provide even better customer support and be even more responsive to our customers.”  The first calls will be coming into the new center on August 3rd.
