CO: Ports to Gather in Denver This Week for Annual Convention, Oct. 24-25

AAPA's Annual Convention is a must-attend event for anyone who's anyone in, around, or curious about the port industry.

The American Association of Port Authorities (AAPA) will host its 112th Annual Convention in Denver, Colo., this Tuesday and Wednesday, Oct. 24-25.

AAPA's Annual Convention is a must-attend event for anyone who's anyone in, around, or curious about the port industry. Port professionals, terminal operators, service providers, and supply chain partners will descend on the Gaylord Rockies Resort & Convention Center for two jam-packed days (with a day of internal closed-door business to set the Association's public policy agenda and strategic initiatives on Monday) of speakers, panels, meetings, and inspiration including:

  • Dr. Ben Sasse, University of Florida President and former U.S. Senator;
  • Tim Howard, NBC Sports Premier League Analyst and Former United States Men’s National Team Goalkeeper;
  • Paul Anderson, AAPA Board Chair and Port Tampa Bay President and CEO; and
  • Captain Andrew Meyers, Office of Port & Facility Compliance Chief, Coast Guard Headquarters.
