Governor Steve Beshear announced Focus Printing Solutions has established a new manufacturing facility in Franklin, with plans to create 10 new jobs. The company specializes in standard or custom flexographic labels, die cut blank labels and thermal ribbons.
“Focus Printing Solutions is a welcome addition here in the Commonwealth,” said Gov. Beshear. “This is a day of celebration for the city of Franklin and Simpson County. We wish Focus Printing Solutions continued success as a valuable part of this community.”
Focus Printing Solutions’ new manufacturing facility is located at 209 East Cedar St. in Franklin. The company produces product identification and bar coding for the automotive industry, and labeling and nutrition information for the food industry.
“We are really pleased with our Franklin location,” said Ron Belgon, president of Focus Printing Solutions. “The Commonwealth of Kentucky and the Franklin-Simpson Industrial Authority were very aggressive in getting me to locate my business in the Franklin community. Our location allows us to serve communities throughout south-central Kentucky and northern Tennessee. I appreciate the great business climate that we found in Franklin. The town really wants new industries, and everyone really makes one feel welcomed to the area.”

“It really means a lot that Focus Printing Solutions has chosen to expand into Franklin, and it underscores just how attractive the community is economically,” said Rep. Wilson Stone, of Scottsville. “This announcement also showcases the good work done by our local and state officials as they look for ways to grow jobs here and throughout Kentucky.”
“I’m glad to see another service industry locate in this part of Kentucky,” said Franklin Mayor Ronnie Clark. “I am excited to see Focus Printing Solutions open their new plant in Franklin. A label manufacturer will be of great interest to the many industries that are located throughout this area.”
