Thirteen Greater Cincinnati companies plan to add close to 2,000 employees in the next several years. REDI Cincinnati, the region’s leading economic development initiative announced Ascendum Solutions LLC; Chard, Snyder & Associates, Inc.; Comcage, LLC (Oodle); DMI LLC; DNA Diagnostics Center, Inc.; Encore Technologies; GBQ Partners LLC; Georgia-Pacific Corrugated; Meridian Roofing Corporation (Atlas Roofing Corporation); Nehemiah Manufacturing Company LLC; Path Forward; Paycor, Inc.; and SAF-Holland, Inc. received approval from the Ohio Tax Credit Authority board.
“After a year of slow and steady growth, we saw a rush of companies closing projects in the fourth quarter this year,” said Kimm Coyner, vice president, business development and projects for REDI Cincinnati. “We hope to see continued strong growth in 2017.”
The approved projects include:
· Ascendum Solutions LLC: A global information technology solutions company that delivers technology-inspired solutions to business-driven challenges
· Chard, Snyder & Associates Inc.: A third-party employee benefit solutions administrator that empowers people to make their dollars go further for a simpler today and a secure tomorrow
· Comcage LLC (Oodle): A digital marketing and brand development company that offers strategic planning, search engine optimization, UI & UX design, web development and inbound marketing services
· DMI LLC: A mobile strategy, mobile UX and application solutions, omni-channel commerce, mobile brand and marketing, and big data management and analytics service
· DNA Diagnostic Center, Inc.: A laboratory for DNA paternity testing, forensic DNA testing and human genetics studies
· Encore Technologies: A data-centric, full-service provider of comprehensive IT solutions
· GBQ Partners, LLC: A Top 200 tax, accounting and consulting firm that offers specialty services to a wide range of industry segments
· Georgia-Pacific Corrugated: A manufacturer and marketer of paper products, paper-based packaging and chemical products
· Meridian Roofing Corporation (Atlas Roofing Corporation): An innovative, customer-oriented manufacturer of residential and commercial building materials
· Nehemiah Manufacturing Company LLC: This “profit with a purpose” company licenses and acquires small brands, innovates new product concepts and contract manufacturers’ products in the consumer packaged goods space
· Path Forward: With a mission of making IT work better for physician practices, the company combines hands-on experience with finely honed strategic services to fill physicians’ IT needs
· Paycor, Inc.: A payroll-processing company that provides recruiting, onboarding, reporting, timekeeping and compliance services
· SAF-Holland, Inc.: The organization brought together the SAF and Holland companies to become a global leader in the design, manufacture and distribution of quality engineered components, systems and services to the commercial vehicle industry
