Tennessee Department of Economic and Community Development Commissioner Bill Hagerty along with Allied Modular Building Systems, Inc. officials announced the company will expand its current operations in Goodlettsville by building an additional facility at 400 Oak Bluff Ln. The strategic addition will focus on creating Allied Modular’s wall and building systems and will serve the Midwest, South and Northeast parts of the country, as well as Eastern Canada. Through this expansion, Allied Modular Building Systems will invest $5.1 million and create 27 new jobs in Sumner County.
“Tennessee’s central location offers companies distinct advantages when it comes to distributing their unique products around the nation and the world,” Hagerty said. “I am pleased Allied Modular continues to thrive within our state’s business-friendly environment and leveraging our high quality workforce. I thank Allied Modular for their continued investment in Tennessee and the new jobs they will create for our communities.”
