US Sports Congress LLC is excited to announce the next major expansion of the US Sports Congress conference and tradeshow with the addition of events that cater to economic development professionals, as well as a/new event designed for collegiate sports.
The two new events to be added to the US Sports Congress are the Economic Development & Sports Tourism Summit, and the Collegiate Championship Symposium. Both events will occur during the US Sports Congress, which takes place in Frisco, Texas, Dec. 6-8, 2021, at Hyatt Regency Frisco.
”The US Sports Congress has created a powerful combination of events that are tailored to different sectors of the sports industry. Having them take place under the US Sports Congress affords attendees the opportunity to expand their vision and network across all stakeholders in their destinations,” said Lou Mengsol, President of the US Sports Congress.
The Economic Development & Sports Tourism Summit is designed specifically for economic development agencies, chambers of commerce, tourism and government professionals and sports tourism authorities. Featuring a day of insightful professional development, attendees will experience first-hand several the projects Frisco has brought to fruition. Additionally, participants will experience strategic networking opportunities with the US Sports Congress.
The Collegiate Championship Symposium is designed for academic institutions and athletic conferences to explore best practices for hosting collegiate championship events. Produced in coordination with 129 Sports LLC, attendees will learn from those who have intimate experience in hosting and bidding on collegiate events.
