MO: MiTek Industries Invests $16M, Expands Facility, Creates 100+ Jobs

The Missouri Department of Economic Development (DED announced the recent expansion of MiTek Industries in Chesterfield. Company leadership gathered for a ribbon cutting at its new building, which represents a $16 million capital investment. The expansion is expected to create over 100 high-paying jobs as a result of its ongoing growth.

“More and more growing companies are finding that the high-quality workforce and to the pro-business climate we have here in the Show-Me State are conducive to their growth and success,” said DED Director Mike Downing. “The state of Missouri is proud to congratulate MiTek on its expansion in Chesterfield.”

MiTek is the world leader in supplying software, products and services to the building components industry. Headquartered in Chesterfield since 1991, the company employs 400 people in the state and 4500 worldwide. The new, expanded facility will house MiTek’s growing core business divisions and corporate services, including software development, engineering services, and the related administration and executive groups.
