AZ: 7-Eleven Opens Five New Stores in Arizona, First in State in 25 Years

Dec 09, 2024

As part of a strategic expansion plan, 7-Eleven Inc. is opening five new stores in Arizona, marking the first new store openings in the state in 25 years. Three locations were added in 2024—in Glendale, Surprise and Goodyear—with two Phoenix stores planned to open in Q1 and Q2 2025.

7-Eleven said its re-entry into Arizona brings with it the brand’s “renowned range of fresh food options, proprietary beverages and innovative services tailored to local preferences.” According to 7-Eleven, in addition to Slurpees, Big Gulp drinks and Big Bite Hot Dogs, 7-Eleven will offer value deals and limited-time offerings on items like coffee, pizza and wings. 7-Eleven also recently launched limited-edition seasonal holiday coffee flavors, along with a selection of new holiday pastries.

Irving, Texas-based 7-Eleven Inc. operates, franchises or licenses more than 83,000 convenience stores in 19 countries and regions, including more than 13,000 7-Eleven convenience stores in the United States.
