CO: Apparel Brand VF Corp. to Move Innovation Center to Denver

Feb 05, 2020
American footwear and apparel brand VF Corp. will move its Global Innovation Center in Alameda, Calif., to Denver, according to the Denver Business Journal. The company, which is headquartered in Denver, was founded in 1899.

The company confirmed that it signed leases to occupy an entire office building in the River North Art District and an additional 58,000 square feet of industrial space north of the Montbello neighborhood. Approximately 50 employees will work at the new offices, which are expected to open this fall.

“Located close to what will be our main offices on Wewatta, the Denver Lab will be a valuable and vibrant hub for driving our product innovation agenda and giving our retail partners an opportunity to interact more closely with our brand teams,” said Craig Hodges, VF’s vice president of corporate affairs and communications, in a statement. “We were fortunate to find such a compelling space in yet another thriving Denver neighborhood and look forward to being part of the RiNo community.”
