An important new step in Macron's growth took place recently with the opening of the Italian brand's new headquarters in the United States. Macron US opened in Bridgeport, Connecticut, with an official ceremony attended by Giovanni Maruzzi, Macron's Chief Sales Officer and CEO of Macron US, and Angelo Marino, Macron's Chief Communications Officer.
Macron's international vision and multi-country strategy are fully expressed in this new overseas location where, on an area of approx. 2,000 square metres (approx. 21,000 ft²) are distributed a warehouse with a stock of about 300,000 items of technical sportswear (teamwear), an office area, two showrooms dedicated to the Teamwear and Performance collections and two areas specifically dedicated to receiving, loading and unloading merchandise. The opening of the Bridgeport location becomes fundamental for the consolidation of the numerous collaborations already active with many clubs and sports federations and, above all, for launching new important projects and prestigious partnerships, expanding business throughout the United States.
The goal is to bring to the States a brand that represents Italian tradition and design by offering quality and technicality of absolute value. A style proudly "Designed in Bologna" capable of taking the Macron Hero around the world.
The year 2024 confirms itself as a year of great news at Macron, which alongside its economic growth (the 2023 financial year closed with a consolidated turnover of 196.6 million Euros, which represents an increase of 15.7% compared to the previous year), is also flanking its operational, design and commercial growth. The continuous openings of the Macron Sports Hubs, which have now reached 176 worldwide, are flanked by the Macron Campus project with the construction of two new buildings that will double the size of the current Bologna headquarters and the very recent launch of Macron Clubhouse, the first high-end Macron collection officially launched at Pitti Immagine 2024, the most important international event in the world of fashion.
