Z Athlete Factory, a leading provider in A.I.-driven athletic solutions, proudly announced its relocation from Scottdale, AZ to Las Vegas and the pending construction of its new headquarters, Z Athlete Village. Under the visionary leadership of Founder and Chief Executive Officer Zig Ziegler, Z Athlete Factory is poised to revolutionize the athletic industry through the strategic utilization of artificial intelligence (A.I.) technology on the game changing campus.
"After an extensive evaluation process, Las Vegas emerged as the perfect location for Z Athlete Village," said Zig Ziegler, CEO of Z Athlete Factory. "We are thrilled to announce our relocation and planned launch of Z Athlete Village, a revolutionary hub for athletic training, sports performance, and events for competition."
The development will include:
- Z Athlete Factory Sports Performance and Technology Center
- The world's largest indoor track and field arena
- A 2,600-seat aquatics center
- The Gymnastics Apex, a cutting-edge Olympics caliber gymnastics center
- The Annex Indoor Courts
The destination will also feature over 1,000 condotel units available for investment or acquisition by real estate investors seeking to be a part of the ultimate destination for athletes to live, train, and compete. The $1.2 billion project will be built in phases over the next four years with a projected completion date for all phases of mid 2028 just before the Olympic Games in Los Angeles.
The decision to move to Las Vegas has been in the works since the COVID-19 pandemic following careful consideration of several other prominent sports cities. Las Vegas emerged as the top choice due to the city’s ambitious goal of transforming into the premier sports destination in the world. Las Vegas’ vision aligns perfectly with Z Athlete Factory's mission to redefine athletic development and performance while inspiring athletes with access to facilities currently available in limited supply on the west coast.
The new headquarters will provide Z Athlete Factory with unparalleled opportunities for growth and expansion. Las Vegas's vibrant growing sports culture makes it the ideal location for the company to continue revolutionizing the world of sports performance.
"Upon opening, Z Athlete Village and its venues will change the landscape of sports in Las Vegas, paving the way to expand the portfolio of sports programming that the destination can host," said Lisa Motley, vice president of sports and special events for the Las Vegas Convention and Visitors Authority (LVCVA). “We’re excited to help make this campus a reality.”
The condotel units at Z Athlete Village provide investors a chance to be part of a vibrant community dedicated to sports excellence. Athletes, coaches, and sports enthusiasts from around the world will have the opportunity to live, train, and compete on this state-of-the-art campus. Z Athlete Village creates a unique investment opportunity for those looking to be part of the future of sports in Las Vegas.
"The relocation of Z Athlete Factory's headquarters and the launch of Z Athlete Village represents a significant milestone for the company and underscores its commitment to innovation and excellence in sports performance," stated Ziegler.
The founders have spent the last year evaluating potential land sites on which to develop Las Vegas' first all sports resort. After nearly purchasing close to 30 acres last summer, the target site has been expanded to include facilities catered towards the Olympic sports. The company has narrowed its options to two potential sites, with the final selection expected to be under contract within the next 30 days.
"We believe that Z Athlete Village will redefine the way athletes live, train, and compete," added Ziegler. "By combining cutting-edge technology with world-class facilities, we aim to empower athletes to reach their full potential. Our innovative A.I. technology gives coaches the tools to help athletes maximize their results."
