OH: Two Labs Expands Operations in the Columbus Region, Hiring 50

Two Labs, a Powell, Ohio-based company that provides a range of services for pharmaceutical manufacturers, has announced plans to expand its local workforce by hiring 50 new employees over the next three years. Hiring for a variety of positions ranging from executives to administrative positions will begin in Q4 2020.
 
Two Labs currently has 59 full-time employees at its headquarters in Powell and 160 employees in total. By nearly doubling its headcount in the Region, the company will be able to support and sustain its accelerated growth year over year. Two Labs supports its nationwide base of clients from its headquarters in Ohio, with additional offices located in Boston, Pennsylvania, San Diego and the UK.
 
“Tapping into Central Ohio’s robust talent pool with 50 new hires over the next three years will allow us to provide top-notch service to our client base,” said Two Labs Chief Operating Officer Doug Troy. “We are already experiencing rapid growth, and this next step will position us well to scale both in the Region and nationwide.”
 
Two Labs is primarily engaged in furnishing consulting services to pharmaceutical, biotech and life sciences companies, offering an integrated suite of solutions that enhance the commercial success of pharmaceuticals and other therapies that improve quality of life for the patients that rely on them. Since its inception in 2003, Two Labs has helped life sciences companies launch over 200 new products and has led more than 230 projects for in-market therapies. In 2019, Columbus Business First recognized Two Labs as a ‘Best Place to Work,’ and in 2020, Columbus CEO named the company a Top Workplace due to its flexible and trusting work environment, along with a culture that encourages volunteering and community involvement.

From medical breakthroughs to cutting-edge technology, the Columbus region is home to one of the top healthcare markets in the country. With several renowned healthcare systems and companies, including OhioHealth, Nationwide Children’s Hospital and Cardinal Health, the Columbus region employs more than 45,000 in the industry. The region also boasts a robust manufacturing industry, with more than 1,700 manufacturers employing nearly 87,000 people. Powell is located in Delaware County, which is home to an estimated 204,826 residents.
