The South Carolina Department of Commerce, the Greenville Area Development Corporation and the City of Mauldin formally announced plans for Samsung Networks America, Inc. (SNA) to locate its North American Customer Care Center in Mauldin, South Carolina. The company will make a multi-million dollar investment to establish the service center, which will generate new job opportunities for the community.
SNA’s North American Customer Care Center will be located in the Centerpointe Business Park in Mauldin. The SNA call center will serve the customer care needs of numerous domestic and global companies.

Further, their decision to not only locate here, but also generate significant job opportunities, is an incredible compliment to our workforce and efforts to establish a business-friendly environment that encourages growth and investment. We remain committed to working to better the economic soil conditions with meaningful reforms that will encourage job creation and allow more businesses to thrive in South Carolina,” said Gov. Mark Sanford.

Thanks to the team effort of local and state officials, Mauldin and Greenville County will benefit from this investment now and in the years ahead.”
The company is seeking to fill a wide range of positions including customer service positions, operations managers, finance and accounting, training, quality assurance, data analysis, human resource and telecom system engineers. The company intends for the customer care center to begin operations by May 2009.
