Tennessee Governor Bill Lee, Department of Economic and Community Development Commissioner Bob Rolfe and Arvin Sango, Inc. officials announced that the company will expand in Henderson.
The automotive products manufacturer will create 153 new jobs in Chester County over the next five years.
Arvin Sango is a wholly owned subsidiary of Sango Co., Ltd. and a world leader in manufacturing automotive emissions systems. It supplies stamped auto body parts and door safety parts for the automotive industry. The company’s customers include major brands such as Toyota and Nissan. Sango Co. is headquartered in Japan, and Arvin Sango is headquartered in Indiana.
Arvin Sango will expand its existing manufacturing operations in Henderson to keep up with the company’s growing demand. This represents the company’s third Henderson expansion since 2008.
Since 2015, TNECD has supported 68 projects in Southwest Tennessee, resulting in the creation of more than 4,000 jobs and approximately $830 million in capital investment.
