UT: HNTB Relocates, Expands Utah Office to Meet Increasing Demand for Infrastructure Services

Apr 15, 2025
New office space and growing team increase opportunities for collaboration with valued clients and partners in Utah.

HNTB, a leading infrastructure solutions firm, has announced the relocation of its new Utah office. This move reinforces HNTB’s commitment to delivering innovative solutions to its clients, including Utah Department of Transportation, Utah Transit Authority, High Valley Transit and Salt Lake City International Airport, and aligns with the firm’s dedication to meeting the state’s growing demand for transportation infrastructure.

“With so much growth we’re thrilled to move to this larger and transit accessible location,” said Dominic Spaethling, vice president and Utah office leader at HNTB. “We look forward to continuing to gather and collaborate with our clients and colleagues in our new office.”

The Utah office has grown by 50% in the last three years and plans to continue its expansion by the same amount over the course of the next three years. Besides offering views of the mountains and an abundance of natural light, the fourth-floor location will allow room for continued expansion.

HNTB will relocate in mid-April to the location at 910 W Legacy Center Way. It offers easy accessibility for clients and employees by auto, bike and public transit, including direct connection to downtown Salt Lake City via UTA’s TRAX light rail. A variety of amenities, such as an outdoor basketball court, EV charging stations, access to the Jordon River trail system and restaurants, hotels and entertainment destinations within walking distance, will retain and attract talented professionals to HNTB.
