UT: KBR Expands Services in Davis County With $7M Investment, Will Add 96 New Jobs

The Utah Governor’s Office of Economic Opportunity awarded KBR a post-performance tax reduction for its expansion in Davis County. The corporate incentive is part of the state’s Economic Development Tax Increment Financing (EDTIF) program. As part of the agreement, KBR projects to add 96 new, high-paying jobs and invest $7,080,000 in Utah during the next 20 years.

Every new breakthrough strengthens our legacy of growth, and we are excited to see how KBR will contribute to this vital sector.”

KBR is a leading provider of science, technology, engineering, and logistics support solutions. It serves both the private and public sectors providing services such as scientific research, defense systems engineering, operational support, cyber analytics/cybersecurity, and sustainable decarbonization solutions. KBR’s highly skilled workforce in Utah supports the U.S. Air Force and delivers a wide range of technical capabilities including sustainment engineering services for military aircraft and equipment, digital engineering, and additive manufacturing. For more than two decades, KBR has actively assisted the F-16, A-10, and T-38 System Program Offices in Clearfield on their digital transformation journeys under digital material management initiatives.
