Don Gilpin

Don Gilpin joined the International Facility Management Association (IFMA) as interim Chief Operating Officer in February 2018, and officially took over the role in September 2018. He has strong experience in international association management, trade show production, education/certification programs, workforce development and legislative advocacy. Prior to joining IFMA, Gilpin served as Executive Director and COO at Custom Electronic Design and Installation Association. Before that, he held executive positions at Interior Design Educators Council for Raybourn Group International, National Precast Concrete Association, Deluxe Corp. and Dayton Hudson Corp.
