Kristie Davis

Kristie Davis is the Director of Missouri One Start, a Division of the Department of Economic Development, and administers the state’s most comprehensive and customizable workforce training program—ensuring Missouri companies have the right workforce with the right skill set to remain competitive. During her tenure with the department, she has managed various workforce development programs including the WIOA Dislocated Worker program and several business service programs. With over 20 years of experience in education, non-profit, for-profit and workforce development, Davis has a professional career that continues to build on a theme that focuses on Missouri’s workforce and the state’s economic growth.
