Governor Matthew G. Bevin

Matt Bevin was elected Governor of the Commonwealth of Kentucky in 2015. He is a husband, a father of nine children, a veteran and a small business owner. ​In just his first few months, Governor Bevin already has instilled business practices in government by successfully enacting a budget that cuts spending and provides a stronger financial foundation. He also is successfully revolutionizing Kentucky’s workforce development system and reducing the amount of government red tape.
