Rowan EDC recently announced that DHL Supply Chain, a division of DHL Group and global leader in the logistics industry, will be expanding its presence to Salisbury, North Carolina.
The DHL Supply Chain will invest over $40 million in tenant improvements at a new warehouse at the Innovation Logistics Center on Peeler Road (I-85, Exit 71), occupying Building 1 with an impressive 713,000 square feet. Crow Holdings is the developer of the property. The operation will be a part of the company’s life sciences and health care business and is set to go live in the summer of 2024.

Salisbury Mayor Karen Alexander shared a similar sentiment, “I am delighted to welcome DHL Supply Chain, a globally recognized company to Salisbury, and celebrate their multi-million-dollar investment in our city. For Salisbury, the creation of 80 high-quality job opportunities meets a top-priority goal for our City Council and residents.”
