Clay Walker

Clay Walker has been in economic development for 15 years, serving as the executive director of the Gallatin Economic Development Agency since 2005. During that time, the EDA has developed a highly regarded existing industry program. The GEAR – Gallatin Expansion and Retention – program has been the catalyst for three retention and five expansion projects, with one of those leading to the recruitment of a new company, proving how an existing industry program can aid in business attraction.
