Karnig Kazarian is the Assistant Secretary of Economic Development at the Business, Transportation and Housing Agency, where he focuses on business attraction and retention as well as foreign direct investment. He also works closely with the Public Infrastructure Advisory Commission to advance the use of public-private partnerships in California. Karnig serves on the Employment Training Panel and the California Energy Commission’s Advisory Committee for the Alternative and Renewable Fuel and Vehicle Technology Program.
