Barry I. Matherly is a certified economic developer with over 20 years of leadership experience at the city, county, regional and university levels. Barry is president & CEO at the Greater Richmond Partnership, Inc., a public-private regional organization that is the single point of contact for domestic and international businesses looking to locate or expand in the Richmond, Virginia, Region. He also serves as the chair of the International Economic Development Council (IEDC) Board in Washington, D.C.
