Dr. Paul Smokler

Dr. Paul Smokler is the AECOM Environment North America Power Sector lead. He has over 30 years’ experience managing multi-media projects involving environmental permitting, natural resource studies, environmental assessments and related work. He has direct experience performing and managing siting, critical issues analysis, strategic permitting and natural resource survey and assessment tasks for electric power and related linear projects. Dr. Smokler has performed as principal in charge as well as a program and project manager on compliance, planning, assessment and design projects in the electric power, natural gas, petroleum and transportation industries.
