Fred D. Burkhardt is president and CEO of Geneva Analytics, Ltd. based in Kettering, Ohio. Geneva Analytics provides consulting services to businesses and local governments in the areas of site selection, economic impact/feasibility studies, and retail market analysis. Fred has authored proposals for Boeing, Toyota, Airbus and Honda production facilities in the states of California and Wisconsin. He also authored Wisconsin’s venue proposals for the Chicago Olympic Games bid.
