James H. Renzas

James H. Renzas, principal at The RSH Group, Inc., has 30 years of experience in site selection, incentives negotiation, tax credit analysis, and compliance. He has assisted over 300 clients in selecting the optimal location for new corporate facilities and has participated in over 2,000 incentives negotiation projects. He is a nationally known and respected expert in the area of site selection, corporate incentives and tax credits. He was chosen by the United States Senate Finance Committee to testify on the use of incentives related to the Cuno v. Ohio case which was heard by the U.S. Supreme Court.
