Paul G. Kuchuris, Jr.

Paul G. Kuchuris, Jr. is president of Association for Manufacturing Excellence (AME). Kuchuris was president and CEO of the Lincoln Foundation for Performance Excellence, modeled after the Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award where he worked with Illinois manufacturers and other organizations to provide education and training programs focused on achieving high levels of performance to increase global economic competitiveness. Kuchuris held several management positions at Navistar International Corporation. Paul is currently on the Boards of the Malcolm Baldrige Foundation and The Alliance for Performance Excellence and is chair of the College of DuPage, Business Solutions Advisory Council.
