Fredia Barry is president of the Call Center Industry Advisory Council (CIAC). CIAC is a not-for-profit organization established as the worldwide standards and certifying body for contact center professionals and organizations. In addition to responsibility for the strategic direction and general management of CIAC, Fredia was instrumental in the design and development of the contact center industry’s first competency-based, professional certification and leads the ongoing certification initiative for contact center professionals and organizations.
