Gerry Barber is a 25 year veteran of the call center industry and a corporate officer and member of the Board of Directors of the Call Center Industry Advisory Council (CIAC). CIAC is a not-for-profit organization established as the standards and certifying body for the contact center industry. Specifically, CIAC provides industry certification for contact center professionals and organizations.
At CIAC, Gerry is responsible for managing the Operations Center and works closely with call center subject matter experts to develop and validate the certification assessments. He also spearheads CIAC’s work with training providers to assist in their development of training that effectively prepares professionals for CIAC Certification testing.
